Hmmm right ok, kind of depends how you define spanking - in this case its done with a whip, strap and a riding crop instead of the hand. Which is entirely up to whether you use a british or an american definition of spanking - "In British English, "spanking" means only with the open hand.[3] In American English, it can mean with either the open hand or an implement such as a paddle.[4] " (from Wiki) ... in an english perspective youre absolutely right, there is no spanking at all. In american terms theres plenty hehe.
