Turning your site into a TGP would essentially be like starting over from scratch. Not an easy task these days.
My advice would be to keep your pay site going, and find someone to manage it for you using your unreleased content for updates. Joining forces with an existing affiliate program with complimentary sites would be the best solution, as they'll have an affiliate base to send traffic to your site. Just my 2¢, for what it's worth. |
