yesterday USA today ran an article about how many wrestlers have died in the last few years.

I remember the 1st one in MSG in like 84 or 85, that was a who's who of wrestling.. good vs. evil.. etc.. my kids loved it, and we watched along..

after reading that article and seeing just how many had passed due to overdosing on various drugs and over use of steroids, it made me sad. No one forced them to ingest it, they took it of their own free will. They may have been encouraged to however but it was by their own choice.

and yet we still anticipate it.. They were OUR gladiators... i know my dish and my son will be glued to the tube once again...just an interesting list of those who have passed on..
