That's not out of business, that them suspending your account. Now, as for them not replying to your email(s), that'd not good on their part. I'd try to find some other email addy's for them or maybe a phone number. Do all you can to contact them & get the matter straightened out.

I don't know the whole story and do not use these people but that announcement reads like total BS to me.

If you suspend my account I expect you to either personally email or call me.

The lines:

"If you have not received payment this is probably the reason. If you think your account has been placed on hold wrongfully please contact sales@payoutmasters.com ..."

Just don't cut it. It seems very fishy to me. People should not learn they MIGHT have had their account placed on hold by not receiving payment. They should have been notified ASAP when the decision was made.....otherwise it looks very suspicious.....as if perhaps there are other problems.
