Even if you are a producer it doesn`t mean that you cannot work on your free sites/blogs/tgp to promote your paysites. Many owners with big paysites do this.
May exist some submitters for blogs , but only at directories: http://addyourblogs.com http://1blogsubmitter.com/ http://www.blogsubmiter.com/ http://submitter.supersexblogs.com/ http://www.pornblogsubmitter.com/ and others
