If it's obviously an auto-submitter, blacklist 'em.

In regards to dir structure or most other design/build patterns, these things can be changed with a small update/replacement of software anyway.

My problem with auto-submitters is that they generally have a very low attention to details (broken images, dead LLs, etc.), they all to often have multiple personalities, and they have no problems violating clearly stated rules.

I think I remember a couple of people who said they use auto-submit software to manage their tables, but they always check their work before they submit by hand.
