page rank is based mainly on linking. If you get inbound links to your site from a site with high page rank you will improve your own page rank.
Be aware that these are hardlinks im talking about and not encoded url's like toplists or your script uses. A good strategy to simply improve PR would be to submit to high ranking directories that only require a link back. |
