No problem. 8 days is nothing, I once got my site accepted one and a half years after I submitted.
 EDIT: Almost forgot. That site didn't even existed anymore, still it got accepted. I lost that domain accidentally because I was too greed. You know what is the color of underwear in that kind of people. I learned my lesson. Renew in time or change registrar, don't try to be too clever.
