Jim I don't see the difference in signing a contract not to use CP, and agreeing to the TOS of of a sponsor that you're not hosting CP...I can't see how you can take that as an offence! It's just a contract and contracts always has to list the obvious!
The domain thing is totally wacky though! Kind regards Sodo(European)
