You can use PHP or htaccess to redirect the surfers on the server-side so no worries about some of them not having Javascript enabled, etc.

Thinking about it, you probably already know how to do this and don't want to for some reason I'm not considering. But, just in case, feel free to ask and I'll show you the way I do it.

Yeah, that's what I am doing on the domain I own. Either the redirect or a full page ad. (iframe)


The hard part is getting an affiliate manager to help me out with the print ad.
