I'm not LOR reviewer but if I may add 2c, those black recip links and that small ENTER are too dark, try to keep all links in the same color or at least much brighter ( so we actually can tell that this is a link ) Right now it seems to me that the only links you want surfer to click is those from sponsor and other are dimmed intentionally.
Also you can use META description and META keywords, and some more text on your gallery pages.

I am thinking it was rejected because some of the recip links show up funny in IE7. Sorry I always use FF so I never thought to check so I guess that's my mistake. If there are any other issues or if this is not the reason please let me know and I'll be happy to fix.
