Had to turn or A/C on this morning...
My day has been turned upside down or at least plans have been changed. Christy went up to visit her parents for her mom's birthday so I had planned on doing a light workout at the gym, doing a little bit of work and repairing the rusted out floor of the macaw's aviary. But then our stripper friend called in crises and is coming down with her 3 year old to our very kid unfriendly house so probably her stripper friend will her kids will also be coming over so today is going to be single stripper moms with kids kind of day.  |

Hello all,
Just submitting my first free site. Just Robert, did my treadmill walking this morning, will do Wii workout this afternoon. Trying to add in a walk to the workout routine. Unfortunately, Jim has had the intestinal flu again since last night.  I'm hoping I don't get it again. Not sure if we are passing it back and forth, so have been breaking out the clorox wipes for door handles, counter tops, etc. Poor guy, he looks bad. Glad we still have gatorade and powerade on hand for him.Good luck Cleo with the kids and the strippers, I can't imagine 9 cats and young kids at my house, it would not be pretty.
