I do believe we should try a rolling date and time after a short while testing and developing the format - I would suggest a month at one date and time, then shift it to another, to see wether changing the crowd triggers any new ideas.
This of course depends on how well everything works - and may require that we have more than one facilitator available to lead the discussion. Being facilitator can be a burden, so taking turns at that role gives people a break - and may end up leading us into new discoveries and talking about things that otherwise would not have come up. |
