Works for me - only problem I have is that the page takes longer to load for me.

I seem to have that problem with lots of sites hosted with co-location - not sure if its an IP issue

If the problem is with the submit, it is probably due to there being more CGI activity than the server can handle. For example some idiot may be ruining a very CGI intensive site on the same server, such as, for example, a message board.
