NH, we're very sorry for the trouble you've experienced, and to tell you the truth, it hurt our business very much also. So here's the quickie version of what happened:

We had an advertiser who decided to add some 'funky stuff' into his ad code even after his ads were reviewed , it took about 1.5 hours to catch it but unfortunately Google also made a notice of it; it was taken care of immediately.

I hope this makes it clear for you that we had no intention to cause you or other publishers any harm.

Our system is back to being fully safe now and with this experience I think we'll be able to prevent things like this happening again,
