Lots of web-page editing programs will find/replace text in all files in a directory.
The two I use the most are: Dreamweaver, and Programmers Notepad. Programmer's Notepad is free, and works on windows. There's also Notepad++. If you're working on a Mac, I think Macpad++ is the same as Notepad++, but I've never used it.
