Time to get nasty 070611

Seeing as no one else is ambitious enough to start a morning thread...

Still struggling to get my energy back. Besides working going to run a few errands before doing tonight's Radio Show.

Going to switch to talking the rat poison blood thinner to the evening starting tomorrow to see if that leaves me less knackered and hopefully maybe even be able to return to the gym which my body is sorely missing but today going to the grocery store and the bank seems like a huge workout.

Morning. I've just been busy updating loads of blog wordpress installs. Good times. It's sad when I take a look at some blogs and it's been quite awhile since I made a post. Making a list of ones that I'll need to reload back up with posts.

So last night watched this movie called "Fat,Sick, and Nearly Dead" on netflix. Pretty interesting. I so need to get more micro nutrients after watching it. At least for the two main guys it was amazing to see the changes that were documented with them.

Time to write more blog posts and update more installs. First though going to take the dog on a walk and get some coffee.

Date has been fixed. Hopefully I'll do better with all the radio show's virtual knobs, sliders, and icons than I've been doing with dates the last few days this evening.

Afternoon all. Been updating AVS sites, and working in carrara all morning. Still doing so, so haven't started my submits at all today. Might not get any free sites submitted, but heah, one of my AE sites had a 17 picture set update, as I found a bunch of sets I thought were already in it.

Listening to the wind and distant thunder, hoping it doesn't get any closer and have to turn everything off. I'm such a lightening magnet, I'd rather not chance it if it gets close.
