Do you have the setting set to a maximum number of galleries allowed per day in your general settings to something other than unlimited? (-1)
Try setting the submissions per person to -1, do you get the same error? Did you use the same email for AuntieFlo as you used for either Bill or Bob? (as it can track by email)

Have solved the prob by increasing the allowed number of submissions both per person and per day globally. We are also now accepting galleries without recips and will be looking for link exchanges or some hardlinking next Thankyou for your time
