Tried once again to signup.

Selected other under business. Used my drivers license number as my passport but got stuck at "The Citizenship field is required. This field should contain 6 digits."

What the hell is a Citizenship number?

These are two different errors in two different fields occurred because you have not entered your:
1) Citizenship
2) Your access code number

I live in the USA. As far as I know I don't have a Citizenship number and have no idea what "Your access code number" is.

Dear Cleo,

In the field Citizenship you need to click the button and choose your citizenship.
Access code is your personally made up code that will be asked during your card activation.
