Problem is... dungeon bank isn't going down, they (apparently single person - John Deckenbach) are still in business but just decided to stop paying affiliates.
Seeing ~$200 monthly in rebills is a pain in the ass... I really wonder if people still send him traffic and new sign ups, rebills don't last forever so he can rely on those.
