I need my body fixed this morning. 11 hours in a kayak out on the water has left me a sunburned sore mess. Everything is still rocking, I'm getting motion sick laying in bed.
Just a day of work planned. I'll be at my desk trying to stay in my office chair which seems to be rocking along with the rest of the room. |
