 Olympics start today - good thing I live near Canada so I can watch all of the events that NBC will be putting on at night live  Physical Therapy in about an hour, another MRI on my neck tonight, lots of work in between. Have a gooey one |

Good morning world
 Intestinal cramps for no clear reason is what I dealt with over the last weekend of June. It was one day of hell and a day of recovery before I felt back to normal, so here's hoping you'll be fine for your trip Cleo. For fans of crass humor, this was what snorkeling with intestinal problems reminded me of...  Just got a reminder from my calendar that it's time to make the newsletter, so there goes my hope for a short day today. Oh well, I can always console myself with all the extra signups it'll produce (hahaha...yeah, like it's 2002 again). Wishing a good weekend eve to all.
