Paypal has those anti-fraud and money laundering rules policy when you exceed over $2500 in they are obligated to gather more information about you, your id scan, proof of address etc.

Paxum not.

I was being more or less sarcastic, slightly.

I have been trying to set up an account with them and their customer service is pretty awful so far. I also follow AK's filelocker thread at the zoo from time to time and discovered they are processing for theft oriented filelockers. Hope that stops.

Yeah, I have been trying to get them to me via paypal but they only can do paxum, they say.
