When I got home I found blackbird strangled in the net I put over my chicken coop. Apparently it was hanging there for over 5 hours (the GF was afraid of it and didn't dare to free it). I cut it loose and the poor bird hopped/flew away. That's about it for today. Going to watch another episode of Homeland now.
