But at least CCBill gives you a combined check so you don't have small amounts floating around, never getting paid. And they don't charge you to issue a check.
I do agree, they need to fix up their backend, it's so slow.

Oh that reminds me of another reason I hate CCBill: You cannot set a minimum amount per cheque. So when I started using a CCBill sponsor for the first time I was getting really tiny cheques for a few months. Because US banking is such a pain to deal with, UK banks will not cash US cheques under $50. No problem with most sponsors, as you can set the minimum you want sent in one cheque. Not so with CCBill, I got cheques for $20, $30 etc, which are uncashable. I lost hundreds of dollars in those early days.

I still get those small checks from old links making little money so now and then.
But I save them up to reach a decent amount, email ccbill and am allowed to send them all back and get 1 new check for the combined amount. So that is a positive note. Lately however, I noticed a big increase in denied rebills, resulting in automatic cancellations. They are not our #1 processor anymore for quite some time, but I still hate to see those members go. |
