Well, as everyone probably guessed, I had a setback of sorts

For some reason, my mood went to complete shit about 2 weeks ago & I really only snapped out of it yesterday.

So yesterday was pretty good & so far today, I'm feeling decent/good. I'm just hoping that it lasts more than a couple of days
