Really, they do - literally.
I was on a packed train today after an afternoon of walking my friends dogs, and my feet hurt. I slipped my shoes off and the woman standing in front of me fainted.
I knew I should have washed my feet this morning!
The embarrassing part is I saw her eyes flutter and realised she was about to faint a fraction of a second before she did. So I caught her. - It ain't as easy as it looks on the movies, and I couldn't hold her up (feinting women are heaver than they look) so I lowered her gently to her knees and held her kneeling in front of me so she did not hit her head on anything.
But to anyone watching it must have looked as though I was trying to force her to give me a blowjob!
