Not sure what happened first but he started working on The Daily Show either after coming over on his own or by a convincing John Stewart. Either way he is a legal US citizen now and married to a woman in our armed forces.
So he is ours!
plus now that John Stewart has left I guess I have to pay extra for HBO so I can see Mr. Oliver's show Last Week Tonight. I've been meaning to do so as he was brilliant working with Mr. Stewart.
