Feeling great here. Finally seem to be over whatever that was that had me feeling like crap for weeks.

Finished watching Narcos last night. I guess there is going to be a season two since I know what happened in the real story and the show ended before he is killed.

Work, grocery shopping, then maybe the gym and then maybe an evening paddle or I might just take it really easy today and hang out with friends later.
