Monday November 2nd (aka All Soul Train Day)

Good Morning

This time change always throws me off and have a hard time adjusting. Doesn't help it happened on Halloween and I've been eating LOTS of candy which doesn't help with the sleeping part and gives me strange dreams.

Have not closed out last month because I know it's another bad month and not sure I want to be bummed out as of yet. Maybe later today or tomorrow, probably tomorrow thou Wednesday sounds good
