Saturday February 6th (aka The Night Before)

Good Morning

Back and shoulder are feeling much better but I'm going to skip work on the house until Monday.

Supercross is on tonight and then Super Bowl tomorrow and since rest of family is not coming over because of other parties and such this will leave me plenty of biz work time between the two tv events mentioned.

Made corned beef fritters for lunch. They fell apart and the meal resembled corned beef hash more than fritters. Clearing up, I picked up the egg shell to throw it away and found the shell intact with the egg still in it. That was why it fell apart.

This is why I prefer to eat my friend's leftovers rather than my own cooking. He remembers to crack the egg and add all the ingredients!
