Good Morning

Actually slept in, all the way to 6:30, for the first time this week so now I am behind on stuff and will probably still need a nap before the grandson shows up.

Back still F'ing hurts and think I need to see the doctor. I guess the constant pushing trying to get somethings fixed around here, thou it does not look it, has screwed me. I was hoping the back would get stronger but I think it went the other way
