Another night with hideous leg cramps on my bad leg. I think I maybe overdoing it and need to have a few days of rest but I really suck at this rest thing and don't seem to have an off button.
Going to do a bit of work and then maybe use the whirlpool at the gym. Other than that I'm a host at a art show tonight with my Meetup group. |
