If you're tracking stats using data in http headers, anything coming in via https links will be encrypted, so most of the data is not accessible by your stats tracking software.

I pulled up the stats for my five main sites, SE traffic over the last week has nearly doubled. That's still not a huge amount of my total traffic, but I'll take it.

I doubt it will last. It never does. Its always the honeymoon for us when the updates are rolling out. Then 2-3 weeks later, the bill comes due.
