Selling domains tips?

I picked up a domain but am having a hell of a time trying to develop it. It's goomah.com

Of course, anyone that watches Sunday Night HBO shows knows what a goomah is

But, try to find Italian Women that look like they could be Goomahs and you will be scratching your heads. I had it setup on directnic for sale and I actually had HBO tell me they wanted to buy it. I thought WoooHooo, I am going to be rich. I gave them a conservative price and they low balled me. So, I think I will probably develop it and sell it later.
