I picked 3 Days a week because like adamneve I also like the tips and the main board topics that you give. Although I am not a poster I do read the boards alot and use what I get from it as well as the newsletter. I check my email everyday so it wouldnt be like its spam or anything where there all piled up. So keepum coming I say.
