If you use the Site Manager (icon right below "file") you can connect to several servers, you'll get an option to choose if you want to close current window and reconnect or make a new connection.

I think that's what I'm doing. I do have 9 tabs open:

Like I said, I've got vid uploading, so I went to a different tab/connection & "uploaded" some files, but they're sitting on the bottom of the Queued Files area...

The D files are the vids, the C files are just text files I need to upload.

Am I missing something?
