JR, we would send you the riding mower if it would help. No snow here. We had a couple of dumps but nothing since. They are also telling us it may be a mustajoulu or Black Christmas here (no snow, mayboe some ice). We are maybe going to get more rain tomorrow. Maybe. Oh, and it isn't much colder here than it is in SoCal.

Back to the grind for me. Lots to build, lots to approve. Sigh.
