New rules being implemented by Mastercard. Will be a major change, massive maybe, for sites that wish to have Mastercard as a payment option.

Very similar rules were put into effect in April, 2018 in Japan. Business is still trying to find its footing.

I expect this move by Mastercard is just the beginning.
