Good Morning

Garage flooded and I had to deal with that after my dentist appt yesterday. Quite sore today but don't think I did too much. Either way I'm canceling back therapy today as it might be too much. I do have to go back outside to do a little more but it's not labor intensive so everything should be fine.

Besides that I'll be taking it easy on ice and heat all day.
