Try finnish cure:
Long glass, generous amount of good vodka (I prefer Stoli), boiling water and sugar. Drink it before going to bed. Remember to put metal spoon in glass before pouring boiling water there. Otherwise you can have a broken glass and table full of vodka and water. Don't take more than that, and go to sleep right after.
