I have now had a string of shit days, and it is getting tiring. I had a neat new work schedule figured out where I am up at 5am each day and work until 11am or noon, then nap until The Husband wakes up. The Cat usually sleeps during this time, so it is nice and quiet. SHE FIGURED ME OUT TODAY! I was just finishing a new template when she comes in and plops herself down on my mouse. Then she leans back and starts hitting keys before I can do anything about it. GRRR... I stopped and gave her attention, thinking I could just get back to what I was doing. But NO. She came back for seconds. So, I gave up and went back to bed. I just looked at what I was doing, and she trashed me. Don't get me wrong -- I love her dearly but she is driving me nuts. If I close the door, she tries opening it (and this door she can rather easily). So, she is sleeping now, and The Husband has to go over to his parents again today. I am going to have a bit of a window to work and I had best take advantage of it.

 Grandson shows up tomorrow and then it's vacation time. Very little work happening until next week and I'm looking forward to it! Doing a little work now but need to get to the last of household chores and errands. Enjoy your Wednesday! |
