Hi, Jim! Thanks for the welcome.
It is a good service. I agree, though, that it could be better. All new things have a process to iron out and I totally understand that. We live with it everyday. ![]() It would be nice, though, to have reassurance from them that issues such as yours are very rare and isolated. Knowing that there is a process in place to prevent such, to handle it promptly upon receipt or resolve mistakes quickly would certainly make one using and promoting their service rest easier. |
