Rand, I did contact you directly. Along with Clay and several others. You wrote to me and asked if I my limit had been raised yet and I said no. That was the end of our conversation.

It seems as if you glossed over an awful lot of information within this thread. I understand you are a busy man. Damn, we are all busy. But, your answer is very telling when it comes to epassporte's all around customer care.
