Error when submitting

Hi GG,

I tried submitting a site today, but every time I get these errors, even though I filled in the form correctly?

Your Name is required.
Your Email Address is required.
The Site Name is required.
The Site URL is required.
The Site Category is required.
Your Comments are required.
A Reciprocal Link is required.
The Site Sub Category is required.

Any idea what's causing this?
