I'm not interested in the facts, I'm interested in my opinion.

So I input all my info. Get my 2 deposits into my account.
I log back into the website to verify them. The site tells me I have the wrong amounts. I try again and it tells me the same thing, only this time. I am locked out and I have to call. After getting a sales rep that barely speaks English and spending 10 minutes giving her my username, I explained what I was trying to do. She then proceeds to tell me that I have to call my bank, to load my card. ??? After another 10 minutes of explaining again what I was looking to do, she put me on hold for 5 minutes. Then she came back on and told me that that it was a mistake and they don't offer this feature. They will in the future, but not now. "Soon", she told me. "This is just for demo only". I asked why a rep was telling me that it was functional and that I could sign up and she told me that he shoulndt have said that and it was a mistake. Seems odd that the site wouldn't SAY, "THIS IS A DEMO". And why would they make the deposits into my account if t were just a demo? WTF? Has anyone else been able to activate this? Should I call back or will that be another waste of 25 minutes? |
