I may just add a "special" submission page for those submitters I have that I barely have to look at their sites to know they are quality.
Dare, sorry for the rant I had just finished reviewing and was at my wits end. I send rejection emails with reasons and the very next day they submit the same shit. No more of that. Blacklist and move on. Grezpa...submit away.
