Search Engine Tricking and Traffic Stealing

One thing is for sure, if nobody complains to the search engines, or discusses the problem in boards like this, NOTHING is going to happen!

I actually got a reply from Google on one of my complaints, and EVERY time I do a search and the entry turns out to be a redirect or otherwise totally misleading, I take 1 minute to fill out a complaint form.

You can all sit back and does nothing, letting it go on, or join me and other frustrated honest webmaster, and file a complaint on those who steal traffic you might have rightfully gotten.

Or even complaint as a regular user, and not as a webmaster for your own site, if the search result turns out to be false.

Sure it might seems like a needle in a hay stack, but enough users and webmasters complaint, maybe they will do something about it.

One way could be to make a site check robot, that actually picks not necessarily all entries, but at least random entries, and checks more thoroughly for things such as redirects.
