I'd rather cover my ass with a link to the First Ammendment.

Our right to view and publish erotica is guaranteed in the Bill Of Rights, regardless of whether or not a sex addict might end up spending too much time jerking off to free porn or get suckered into spending $39.95 on a paysite.
