New rules on 2257

Can you give us a non legalese version of what it means please.

Do webmasters have to have 2257.

Can we remove the models address?

What documents are required fro non US photographers?

Will it apply to content shot before the September deadline or will it apply to pages published after that date?

Feel free to ask any other ones I missed.
